The New Moon in Taurus is the best time of the year to clarify your new intentions made during the Spring Equinox; it is time to ground these intentions into the reality of your life.

During Taurus, the physical plane dominates, and the way to get someplace with your desires to just assume that whatever you have already going on in your life is simply perfect, and then it is easy to create within this exquisite Venusian nest.

This New Moon is especially fun to write about because so many more of us are doing so well as individuals living in radical integrity, yet never in recent memory has the "nest" in Washington, DC, been more fouled. And, there is just lots of energy to work with because the Spring Equinox was fire, fire, fire!

This month's reading will focus on how you as an individual can take advantage of the great potential of Taurus, while I will also recommend you carefully observe the larger field in the US.

Remember, for those of you who do not live in the US like myself, the US has decided to be the world empire during the end of the Mayan Calendar, a very foolish choice in my opinion.

This month is a great one for seeing that you create your own world amidst a weird field that really has little to do with your life.

Knowing about your true energetic freedom frees you to create with your powerful mind, and teaches you how to unravel the insane net that exists to entrap your mind. Folks, we are all living in a cartoon, and this month will outdo Disney's wildest ideas!

In the reading for the New Moon/total solar eclipse in Aries on March 29, I said puppets would fall and people would begin to take back their power.

Pluto went retrograde during this potent eclipse, which would mean kings [Nepal?] and power figures [Bush?] would falter and fall. I want to mention some things in detail about goings on in Washington, DC, because many brave individuals are literally risking their lives right now, and we need to know this and support them.

I noted in the solar eclipse reading that a movement would begin to dump Bush, and it has. However, this administration is very nasty, and nasty people are very hard to get rid of.

As most of you know, around the time of the April Full Moon at least six generals, some of whom were the architects of the strategy for the invasion of Iraq in 2003, have publicly announced it is time for Rumsfeld to resign.

First of all this is unprecedented, yet what is not in the news is a literal battle on the inside of the military against creeping American Fascism. This life-threatening struggle came to light in a strange way when the deputy press secretary for Homeland Security, Brian Doyle, was arrested (after an elite US military raid in the Capitol Building) for an alleged use of his computer to seduce a child. I noticed this and wondered what was going on and then Marianne Carroll sent me a file from www.whatdoesitmean.com.

This website notes that the Nation's Capitol Building was evacuated during the raid, supposedly due to a power blackout, yet the building has its own power-generating system! The file goes on to say that the military raiders were looking for "the top Homeland Security official who was part of the Counter-Coup forces (those who oppose the American fascist military takeover) that was cooperating with the US lawmakers."

The web page points out that Russian sources note that "such a sex sting is laughable at its best, but at its worst brings to mind the worst atrocities committed against our own dissidents against the Soviets, who were likewise branded as sexual deviants and mentally ill."

There you have it, readers: people in Russia are comparing goings on in Washington to the worst actions taken against themselves so recently!

Therefore, the public outcry against Rumsfeld by key generals makes visible via the media the counter coup against the military and administration; this is a desperate battle to save the country and their own lives.

For example, the web site points out that the arrest of Brian Doyle follows the sudden and mysterious deaths of Reagan's trusted advisors, Casper Weinberger and Lyn Nofziger, both of whom were strong public players in the counter coup.

The web page goes on to note "these reports are warnings to expect more such high level arrests and murders in the coming weeks from the Military Rulers of the United States." Yes, this is strong stuff, and yet we must see what is going on, and much of the struggle came out of the grand squares and T-squares in the fixed signs that were so potent this winter. And, in this reading, again we have to deal with great squares in the sky.

Were most of you were amazed by how intense your lives were during the fixed grand squares November 2005 through early February 2006?

During grand squares, events occur that force everybody to eliminate things that are blocking forward movement. During this New Moon in April, a wide grand square of the New Moon/Sun in Taurus, Saturn in Leo, Jupiter in Scorpio, and Chiron in Aquarius is the dominant theme.

And then, this field is highly politicized because Saturn in Leo squaring Jupiter in Scorpio is the first square to the May 2000 Jupiter-conjunct-Saturn Trigon.

That is, the creative potential of the 2000 Trigon is in high tension now, which I named it the Bushite Trigon because Bush so radically seized the agenda in 2000. Because of the first square to the Bushite Trigon now and for a few months, we are all involved in a battle over the Neo-Con agenda created in 2000.

This is a huge battle going on in the collective mind, so as we develop ourselves as individuals, we must work harder than ever to see how our thoughts and creative plans influence the collective field.

Even though the Neo-Con agenda still seems to reign, never underestimate during the end of the Mayan Calendar the profound power of your own mind. Thus, we begin with how we can be strong, and decoding the square to the Trigon is a big part of the game.

Considering the New Moon chart-which is cast for Washington, DC, in case we need to add some house analysis for the Nation (even though it does not apply to the New Moon in your area unless you live in the Capitol)-the New Moon in Taurus forms a tight T-square to Saturn newly direct in Leo opposite Chiron in Aquarius.

Because Chiron has such an elliptical orbit, it has been forming oppositions to Saturn on and off since 1986; the final exact opposition is during Summer Solstice 2006, and the opposition is still in orb through June 2007.

Thus, for twenty years Saturn has been structuring the healing powers of Chiron, while Chiron has been forcing us all to go into deep wounds in our private and public lives.

This opposition has been so potent that it birthed and matured the alternative healing movement, and as it moves off, allopathic medicine has fallen into a swill of manipulative drugging and planned obsolescence of American health.

The physical condition of the American populace has never been worse because the greedy medical and corporate cabal conspires to profit, not cure, and a large percentage of the people have learned they must take care of their own bodies.

This issue will be major during this Spring Equinox quarter, since all of you must see how fear is marketed to rope you into becoming a consumer of medicine.

Jupiter is retrograde in Scorpio, which turns the Saturn-opposite- Chiron T-square to the New Moon into a wide grand square.

This is a very strong grand square because Jupiter is retrograding back to its square to Saturn, which was first exact in mid-December 2005; the square will be exact again during the 2006 Summer Solstice, and lastly October 26, 2006, in 23 Taurus, which is an exact square to the 22 Taurus 2000 Jupiter/Saturn conjunction.

In other words, we are in the middle of identifying our own participation in the Bushite Trigon, and these three squares are the key to seeing the truth.

Whenever Saturn is in Leo, we feel the importance of our personal needs and desires, while Jupiter in Scorpio exposes power abuses and pressures people to get honest. So, this first square to the Jupiter/Saturn Trigon is very personal and very political, just what we need to get the house clean during the end of the Mayan Calendar!

The first Jupiter/Saturn square in mid-December 2005 was: 1) the time to identify what issue you felt compelled to work on, and 2) it occurred just after Mars in Taurus went direct in 8 Taurus.

First of all, please recall that the fixed grand squares lasted for months in late 2005 and early 2006 because Mars retrograded in Taurus, so those degrees in Taurus are worth watching.

Now, Jupiter is retrograding in Scorpio, which brings these forces back again.

Well, notice that the New Moon in 7 Taurus is conjunct the deep retrograde of Mars in Taurus (8 Taurus) that went direct exactly during the first Jupiter Saturn square!

So, hidden in the folds of this astrology is the hint that this lunar cycle-only 29 days-is going to dredge up all of the personal and political issues that have been going on since November 2005. Ouch!

What can you do? First of all, take some time to remember what happened in your life during mid-December 2005.

progress on what you were working on this winter. As for politics, the resistance to the Neo-Con agenda is of critical importance this month, so we must be very mindful of our brave citizens who are on the front line.

You may see a lot of exposure of the counter coup because anybody who is on the front line knows they are safer if they go public as the six generals did.

Then Jupiter conjuncts Saturn again just after the Summer Solstice, and by then you should really be manifesting things you focused on in mid-December 2005, and you should complete them during the last square October 26, 2006.

At that time, whether the counter coup can succeed will be apparent, and an election follows that will reveal to all whether the voting machines are manipulated or not.

It will be clear whether the American takeover is total or not after the fall election.

When a grand square dominates during a New Moon, I always look for other aspects that can soften the tension, and in this case Jupiter in Scorpio is in a close trine to Uranus in Pisces, and they are both in a wide trine to Mars in Cancer.

This is a strong and directed grand trine in water signs, which means the real energy that will charge the locked-tight struggle of the fixed signs is emotional.

Considering that everything is so politicized this month, do two things: 1) focus on how you really feel about what is going on, and 2) use the powers of your feelings to deconstruct forces that are unfair, negative, abusive, and downright murderous.

This is a month to be righteous, so of course, that is how the Fundies will act. Yet, what are they defending in God's Name? Uran

us in Pisces exactly trines Jupiter in Scorpio on May 5, so there will be strong religious themes coming up all month.

For example, The Da Vinci Code will be released as a film in May. Speaking of head's rolling during the previous lunation, you may have noticed that the Lost Gospel of Judas was translated and made public. Judas carried the role of betrayer for 1800 years, yet turns out he was one of the highest initiates of Jesus.

So who did betray Jesus? Not Peter or the early Church Fathers who banned the Gospel of Judas, of course. Well, who is betraying Jesus now? Can it be Rat-zinger?

Venus in Pisces squares Pluto retrograde in Sagittarius moving temporarily off the Galactic Center, and this square will be exact on April 30.

This means the process of change and transformation is very delicate and sensitive now, so be careful about projecting your own hurts on others. Neptune is now moving into the last decan of Aquarius and we are really feeling the effects of Peak Oil and poor management of resources.

Due to Jupiter's retrograde, Neptune's square to Jupiter in Scorpio is very close since late December 2005 through April 2006, and now it moves off for a while until it returns in September 2006, and then separates.

Jupiter in Scorpio has been wringing out the real truth about the oil-based economy, and this will just become more intense. Anybody out there who isn't taking radical measures to reduce gas and heat consumption is simply a fool.

Your only choice now is to get out of this trap by losing as little as possible if you have a huge car and/or house.

The full economic implications of this gross mismanagement of a wonderful resource will be fully apparent by October.

Neptune went into Aquarius in early 1998, and it is in Aquarius through February 2012; this makes it the signature planet of the Galactic Alignment in 1998 and of the whole Galactic Underworld, January 5, 1999, through October 28, 2011.

When Neptune is in Aquarius, we find spiritual connection through personal transformation, and as the recent gross materialism drops away, your spiritual growth will be your only reliable fuel.

Lastly, Mercury in Aries is moving us quickly along, and he quincunxes Jupiter in Scorpio during the lunation.

This quincunx emphasizes the deep truths that are facing us during a dire time on the planet.

Because Mercury is the jester goosing Jupiter to expose everything, then what you are thinking about as you observe the accelerating demise of corrupt powers is where the truth lies.

Observe with clear eyes now because anyone who is here now is a witness to the liberation of Earth from power complexes-the release of each person from control.

The next stage-increasing weather disasters and economic stress-is coming into form now, a time when we all must help our family and neighbors.

This would be a good month to consider how you want to experience your full human participation in the apex time of planetary evolution.
