You will recieve an email with your personal login details after you have signed up via PayPal. You'll get instant access to our Members section with a temporary account. Recurring subscription payments are handled via PayPal. You can also use you credit card without signing up for a PayPal account. If you wan't to use cash to subscribe go here for more information.

With our three months recurring subscription option you can decide for yourself how long you want to sustain your membership. You can cancel at any time via your PayPal account. Refer to your PayPal reciept or scroll down to "Cancel your 3 months recurring subscription" for more details.

Log in to your PayPal account. Go to paypal.com and then go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu and press the "Submit" button. Choose the Red Ice Creations subscription, and click on its "Details" link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Canceling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for your subscription to Red Ice Creations.

You can also refer to cancellation instructions in the receipt that you recieved from PayPal when you signed up.

All files are in .mp3 file format and you must have a player such as VLC Media Player, Winamp, Windows Media Player, Real Player or iTunes to listen.

All the content available in the Red Ice Members section may not be redistributed or sold without permission. Violation of this will result in the termination of your access to the members section. If you want to reproduce or copy something please ask us!

We recommend that you have a broadband connection, this is primarily so that you can view or download the video material. You need to have general knowledge about how to download, listen to audio and view video's online. We'll help you as much as we can if you're experiencing any problems or need technical advice.

When you've made your payment you will have access to the subscriber section for the term you signed up for. We do not offer any refunds. The service is provided "as is".

Red Ice Creations reserves the right to add or remove audio or video files from our archives at any time.

From August 2009 all our files are available in 64 kbps, 22 KHz, Stereo. Previous shows are available in 48 kbps, 22 KHz, Stereo. Most programs in our radio archive is also available in 24 kbps, 16 KHz, mono for modem users (low-fi). If you want to download these, look for "Modem users" on the right hand side, below the main download button on all our radio information pages. For members our videos are available in flash video format (flv). We also offer some files in wmv and mp4 versions for download. We're in the process of backtracking and uploading all our video material in mp4 format.
