When you log in with your details (or the temporary username and password), make sure that no extra spaces or characters are included before, after or in the username or password. This can be the case if you copy and paste your username or password into the login box. It's important that you make sure you enter the exact username and password you have recieved from us, otherwise you might not be able to log in.
