Login Problems
You’re assigned a temporary account when you first sign up, these details might have expired? Make sure that you have received an email from Red Ice Creations with your personal account details. Make sure to check your email spam folder as well. If you recently signed up and not yet have received an email with your personal account details. Please notify us: ricmembers@gmail.com
When you log in with your details (or the temporary username and password), make sure that no extra spaces or characters are included before, after or in the username or password. This can be the case if you copy and paste your username or password into the login box.
Formatting Issues
Formatting throughout the site might differ depending on what browser and operating system you are using. Below you can how we intend the login box to look.
If you use Google Chrome or a Toolbar such as Yahoo, you might have trouble with what is called "invisible ink". Meaning: the toolbar's built in username and password manager overrides our intended formatting and the result might be that you're unable to see the letters that you are typing 8see below). Currently the character formatting is white and the toolbar password manager makes the highlighted box background bright yellow, so you can't see the text. See below:
This doesn't mean you can't log into the subscriber section though, this is just a formatting issue. The solution is to simply click in the username first box, enter in your correct username (even thought you might not see the characters), click in the second box, enter your correct password and then click enter on your keyboard or click the green check below to enter the members section. If you’re using Google Chrome, it will for the most part remember your username and password (depending on your personal settings).
