Please note that there is a delay between your payment and us getting you into our database as a subscriber. This is not yet automated. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to authenticate and set up your account. Your patience is appreciated. If you experience any complications during your signup please contact us.

Here are some possible errors that you might encounter and how to fix them:

In most cases this is becase you allready have a paypal account associated with your credit card or email addres. You will either have to use another credit card or another email address. You can also log in to your paypal account and make the payment this way.

If you need to add a new card or update your credit card information. Log into paypal, go over "profile" in the top menu and click on "Add or Edit Credit Card". Follow the instructions to either edit an existing card or add a new one.

1. Fill out your details after you've choosen the length of your subscription.
2. Once you've been redirected to PayPal to make your payment, look for "Don't have a PayPal Account":

When you've made your payment at PayPal successfully, click "Return to Red Ice Creations" to recieve your temporary login details.

You can also contact PayPal for further help if you problems with your account that needs to be resolved.
