Then, we'll cover carb dependency, fat, cholesterol, blood sugar, adrenaline, cortisol and serious health issues linked to high carb diets. Nora also shares research about mood and cognitive issues, stress hormones and mental illnesses connected to high carb diets. She talks about how many are prisoners in their own nervous system because of what they eat and drink. We also talk about humanity's disconnection from body, mind, spirit and the Earth. Nora draws a contrast from our ancestors who lived a holistic lifestyle. The paleo diet is reversing chronic diseases, relieving stress, lowering the impact on the environment and changing people's lives. At the end, we talk about food and food storage for emergency preparedness.
