Here is the recent interview that the British bishop Richard Williamson did with Swedish Television. The interview has now caused German prosecutors to launch an investigation against the British bishop. Why are his thoughts and opinions a crime? Why is it a crime to question certain aspects of history?
Worth noting also is that Richard Williamson is a member of the SSPX Order (Society of St. Pius X). Is it the orders job to "stir around in the pot" at this time considering the ongoing war in Gaza? (Think: The Clash of Civilizations). Or is this a genuine questioning of the evidence? It’s difficult to say, but the fact that Pope Benedict XVI has decided to cancel the excommunication of four bishops who were consecrated in 1998 by the conservative French bishop Marcel Lefebvre, including Richard Williamson is very interesting.
