While many people consider Biden to be a bumbling idiot, he is probably not too far off with his estimate. Our rulers know very well that tens of millions of non-Whites are classified as White on the census, that there are tens of millions of illegal invader Mestizos not being accounted for in the census, and that there are millions more on the way.

When Bill Clinton made that statement in 1997, Whites were 63.4% of public school students [source]. They have since dropped 15%, having already become a minority. From a 2014 article:

This fall, for the first time, the overall number of Latino, African-American, and Asian students in public K-12 classrooms is expected to surpass the number of non-Hispanic whites.
The new collective majority of minority schoolchildren—projected to be 50.3 percent by the National Center for Education Statistics—is driven largely by dramatic growth in the Latino population and a decline in the white population, and, to a lesser degree, by a steady rise in the number of Asian-Americans. African-American growth has been mostly flat.
White children are now a minority, but do not expect for them to be protected as such, as they are being taught ever more aggressively about the “privilege” that comes from their skin color. I suspect that the only time “White privilege” will come to an end is when there are no more White people left to shame.
Recently some shocking statistics were released concerning the decline of White children in America, as analyzed by demographer William Frey. [Note: Frey is the norse god of fertility]
August 12, 2015 – Our labor market is growing increasingly dependent on workers of color who now face persistent gaps in educational attainment and economic opportunity. That’s evident in the demographic trends among the young people of today who will comprise the workforce of tomorrow.
Demographer William Frey, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution’s Metropolitan Policy Program, recently analyzed the changes in the youth population across the 50 states from 2000 to 2014.
As the charts below show, Frey’s analysis produced the striking finding that the total number of whites younger than 20 declined in 46 of the 50 states over those years. While many Americans may be aware that whites are shrinking as a share of the youth population, the declining absolute number of whites in so many states points toward more profound changes in the nation’s make-up than most may be anticipating.
