This video filmed in the province Gobi Altai of Mongolia, at 47 km northeast of the Altai city, which is the center of the province. At the end of the observation, glowing object become a unlighted black disk and re-turned a lighting object, but this time was very small as a dot and disappeared from observation. This last part is not visible on the video.
